Warranty terms

1.   Technical training

CASHINO Provide user printer maintenance training. Also procide free technical support.

2.    Warranty ( warranty period of the printer is 1 year)

2.1  For all products, within one month of warranty period, the damage caused by non-human factor. Cashino will be responsible for the free repair or replacement.

2.2  For consumable (like li-battery), with three month of warranty period, the damage caused by non-human factor. Cashino will be responsible for the free repair.

2.3   For all products, during warranty period, the damage caused by non-human factor. Cashino will be responsible for the free repair.

Remark: Products transportation of freight shall be borne by the buyers

3.   Overdue warranty period

For all the products, damages cause by other factor or after warranty period, Cashino will continue to provide services with reasonable price to the customer.

4.    Software

4.1   Cashino through mail or express to send the technical data, user manual, specification etc to users.

4.2   User can login our website to download relevant software and update newest version.
